One of easy to make & most healthy juice. Amla (deseeded), ginger (peeled), lemon juice, curry leaves, salt & water will be blended together and strained. This juice will be appealing in color and good for health. Amla is known for its anti-aging property if we consume this juice daily we will see the result in weeks.
Don't add too much off water as you may not feel the goodness of amla. Don't add too much of lemon juice otherwise the juice will taste like lemonade. Add ginger so as to enhance the taste of the juice; not to dominate;

Deseed amla and cut into pieces. Peel Ginger. Squeeze lemon.
