Peel off the outer skin of beetroot and cut it into smaller pieces.
In a mixer jar, add chopped beetroot, ginger (peeled and chopped), salt and water. Grind well so that no pieces will remain.
Strain it using a fine colander so that no residue will settle at the bottom.
Add lemon juice and mix well. If you need more lemon juice and salt you may add (no separate taste will dominate). Now enjoy your healthy tasty juice.
Tips
1. Don’t add too much off water as you may not feel the goodness of beet root.
2. Add only 2 to 3 teaspoons of lemon juice otherwise the juice will taste like lemonade.
3. Add ginger so as to enhance the taste of the juice; not to dominate;
