Tips to get a tasty tea

Take all ingredients in a 1:1:1 ratio. Otherwise you will feel a slight bitterness in the tea. If you like the nature of the ingredients then no problem. But don’t skip cardamom. Because this is healthy and also balances the bitterness of other two ingredients.

Tips

We consciously make healthy herbal teas and to hide the bitterness or something, we add any sweeteners. This will reduce the goodness or even destroy it. So avoid adding any sweetening ingredients. Instead use healthy sweeteners like cardamom, honey or dates accordingly.
