How to make Sweety Lemon Juice without Sugar?

Deseed Amla and cut into pieces. Squeeze half lemon.

In a mixer jar, add chopped amla, ginger, salt, lemon juice and water. Grind well so that no pieces will remain. Leave it for 15 minutes.

Strain it using a fine colander so that no residue will settle at the bottom.

We may adjust the quantity of lemon and salt as per taste (no separate taste will dominate). Now enjoy your healthy tasty juice.

Note

Add ginger so as to enhance the taste of the juice; not to dominate.
