Are you making the same potato masala with poories all the time? Then try out this peas -potato masala once and it steels the heart.

Cook Peas and Potatoes till soft. If you use fresh green peas then add it while sauteing onions. If you use soaked dried peas then pressure cook till soft.

Heat oil in a pan. Add all the seasoning ingredients and let it fry for a second. Then add chopped onions and garlic. Saute till light brown.

Now add chopped tomatoes and saute till mushy.
