Ingredients1⁄2 Kg Mutton Bone (or Mutton)
10 number Shallots (or 1 onion)
1 number Tomato
1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1⁄2 teaspoon Chili Powder
1⁄2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1⁄8 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Pepper Corns (coarsely crushed)
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds (coarsely crushed)
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds (coarsely crushed)
1 Sprig Curry leaves
1⁄2 cup Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
1 teaspoon salt (or as per taste)
Heat a pressure pan . Add cooking oil. Then add finely chopped onion & curry leaves and saute for 3 minutes.
Step 1
Now add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and saute for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Now add mutton pieces/ bones, chili powder, coriander powder & turmeric powder and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add finely crushed pepper- jeera - fennel powder, salt and 4 to 5 cups of hot water and mix well. Let it boil.
Step 3
Close the pressure pan and cook till the mutton is done. Let the pressure gets released by itself.
Step 4
Finally, garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves. This will give an amazing taste to our soup. So, don't skip it.
