200 ml Water
1 inch Ginger
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
Ingredients
Peel off the outer skin of beetroot and cut it into smaller pieces.

Grind chopped beetroot, ginger (peeled and chopped), salt and water well so that no pieces will remain.
Step 3
Strain using a fine colander and add lemon juice and mix well.
