Soak toor dal for 5 minutes if you add it.
Heat oil and add all the seasoning ingredients. Once they got ready add coconut and water and bring it to boil. Now add salt to taste Then add chemba upma rava and mix well so as no lumps will form. Cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
