Ingredients
  

  • Chemba Upma Rava, Toor dal, Coconut & Coconut Oil
  • Red Chilies, Mustard Seeds, Urad dal, Asafetida & Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Soak toor dal for 5 minutes if you add it.
  • Heat oil and add all the seasoning ingredients. Once they got ready add coconut and water and bring it to boil. Now add salt to taste Then add chemba upma rava and mix well so as no lumps will form. Cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  • Make kozhukattai/ roll from this upma we just made. Steam this kozhukattai/ rolls in idli pot for 10 minutes. Enjoy your delicious kozhukattai/ roll.
